1. That my 40th birthday was exactly the kind of quiet, hanging out with my dear Palinode, sushi-eating, movie-going affair I wanted.
2. That, with all of your help, we exceeded our Charity: Water goal to get 40 people clean water for my 40th birthday. 41 people now have access to clean water because of what we did, and I am so damn proud. Thank you!
3. Baked potatoes with Shropshire blue cheddar melted into them
4. That this plague I am currently settling into didn't hit until after Christmas travel
5. Netflix on a cold winter night
