Speaking of stupid pet tricks, I bought my very first car from the owners of a cat who appeared on Letterman's show. Remember the black kitty that ate with a spoon? Yep, that's one of my closest calls to celebrity! The seller included a photo of his cat eating with a spoon in the glove compartment of my "new" car. Good people, I tell you.
I love that ladybugs choose my house in the winter. We currently have about four hanging out on the living room lamp and an additional three on the bedroom ceiling (I just don't like it when they swoop down and fly by my ear, then I scream because I think they're a random stink bug).
A little ladybug appeared in my classroom the other day. Poor little soul was a little lost, but the kids were beyond fascinated!
