Camel Toes And Five Star Friday

Last night, before the Palinode and I spent eight hours in transit to land us here in a musty hotel for business-type pleasure, I wrote two things to be published today:
"Camel Toes Make A Reappearance, And I Am Afeared" over at MamaPop, which I feel I must apologize for, because I drank three pints of Canadian draft beer before writing that piece, and, well, I think that is explanation enough for its content, and
"Five Star Friday: Edition #40", which I don't have to apologize for at all, because you, the wonderful internetizens, provide the content, and it is always good.
Now I have to take a short nap and then wash that strangely nostalgia-inducing old hockey equipment smell from my armpits and try to ignore the people outside who won't stop blowing New Year's noisemakers at the traffic. God bless Las Vegas.
