hey does that St Johns Wort really work? I've considered it.

I took St. John's Wort a decade ago, and it seemed to work well, so I'm giving it a go again this year. I am doing better psychologically now than I have been for the last couple of years, so I think it is doing me some good.

Do a lot of research about it before taking it, because it is a psych medication. It can increase photosensitivity and decrease the efficacy of the birth control pill, among other things.
