50x365 #353: Nicki

I was never able to finish a piece in drawing class, because I was so mesmerized by the thick, green snot that filled both of your nostrils.

Why don't you blow your gross nose? a girl blurted out one day.

'Cause it's always this way, you said, shrugging your shoulders.

I am a participant in x365 and Blog 365.

I went to school with a girl like that. Even at the age of six, I thought, "What the hell is wrong with her?" And, "Why doesn't her mum do something about that?"

Gross.

I found the girl who asked the question to be very brave. I am never brave enough to ask "why".
