I'm scared to do this but I'm going to try because I think it would be good for me.
So I started today.
Snow? What is this snow of which you speak?
Snarfly fart? I SO know this sound - and now I know how to describe it!
I love your lists. I think I'm going to be a HUGE fan of this.
I love that snarfly fart cat noise! Which reminds me how Rich teases me that when my friend and I squeal "you like [insert obscure thing here] TOO?!" he keeps expecting - no hoping - the next thing one of us will say is "LET'S MAKE OUT!".
I started today, too. And linked to you...just in case you wonder where that extra 1 "hit" comes from. *snort*
This is a loverly, brilliant idea, and one I needed at the moment. Thanks for the inspiration. As always.
Snarfly...that's the word I was missing to describe that peculiar snuffle-snort-fart noise. Thanks!
Btw, the Lion Brand Yarn website has a ton of free amrigumi patterns.
Looking forward to your year of grace. Not sure I won't copy you at some point...thanks for the idea!
Apparently "at some point" means now. http://storiesandfaith.blogspot.com/2008/11/interrupting-my-whining.html" REL="nofollow">I'm in, too!
I have always felt better when I review the things I'm thankful for before falling off to sleep. And you know, it was always the little things and small moments.
Right now, I guess getting an email with photos from the astronauts in space. (My sister's brother-in-law is up there.
Great idea I've been practicing gratitude lately and have found it very, well, gratifying.
